PREPARATION FOR EASTER SUNDAY – HOME-MADE CHOCOLATE EASTER EGGS You can give these eggs as an Easter gift. INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 600 g good quality chocolate 3 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 Make a small hole in the base of the egg and empty the contents into a bowl. Wash the eggs out and place on an egg rack to dry. 2 Make a bain-marie by placing a bowl over a saucepan of water on low –medium heat. 3 Place the chocolate into the saucepan, broken into small chunks, together with the vegetable oil. Let the chocolate melt. 4 Spoon the chocolate into the eggs and place into the fridge until the chocolate is solid. 5 Tap the shells and peel to reveal the chocolate Easter eggs.
